Recruitment Officer ( Code: Recruitment Officer APESI – Your Name )

Key Accountabilities:
Reporting to the Manpower Planning & Development Manager the incumbent will be supporting the whole Companies department workforce planning, recruitment, administration, competencies assessment and succession planning in a timely manner.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

- Minimum S1 degree from any educational background (Psychology is preferred), with 3 years of related experience in this area.
- Good understanding of Competencies requirement for each available position.
- Good planning is essential as almost all major areas of tasks would cover an extended or cyclical time frame, and would require coordination with other parties.
- Experience in behavior Event Interview is an advantage.
- Good English proficiency, both written and oral.
- Computer literate (familiar with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs)
- Having resident in Surabaya is an advantage.

International Welding Engineer ( Code: IWE APESI – Your Name )

Key Accountabilities:
Under direction of Manufacturing Technology Manager and Project Manager, the incumbent should perform welding processes to ensure the overall quality, productivity and on time delivery of the project met with the requirement & schedule.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

- Minimum 3 (three) years college / technician diploma with 3-5 years of related experiences.
- Having a valid International Welding Engineer certificate from certification body accredited by International Institute of Welding (IIW)
- Having fabrication experience of boiler or pressure vessel or piping
- Having knowledge on European standard, covering the standard of Welding: EN 15614, EN 287, EN 1418; Material: EN 10216, EN 10253, EN 10222; and Welding Consumables: EN 21952, EN 14343
- English proficiency
- Willing to be stationed in Surabaya – East Java

ACCOUNT PAYABLE OFFICER ( Code: AP_APESI – Your Name )

Key Accountabilities:
The  incumbent will be responsible  for ensuring  that all payables have been processed in line with company regulation regarding completeness of supporting documents, authorisation and accuracy of cost center charging, and recorded on a timely manner.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

- Bachelor degree preferable in Accounting or Finance.
- Has min. 3 ( three) years experience in relater responsibilities.
- Preferably have knowledge internal process for account payable approvals.
- Advance to suppliers reconciliation.
- Has cashier / accounting experience will be an advantage..
- Behavioral Competencies : Teamwork, Communication and Integrity.
- Good English proficiency, both written and oral.
- Willing to be stationed in Surabaya – East Java.
