QA / QC Engineering

Report to : Planning Manager

Job Description and Responsibilities:

- Develop QA/QC procedures and manuals of the project to ensure the quality of projects comply with project requirements, standards and company’s operational.
- Maintain and analyze quality assurance and quality control under engineering function by analyzing ITP (Inspection and Testing Plan), the quality of projects comply with project requirements, standards and company’s operational.
- Develop, update and maintain work instruction and working procedure planning department.
- Maintain and update engineering standard handbook in order to provide updated engineering standard handbook.
- Develop, update and maintain Unit price document to ensure effectiveness of the project.
- Conduct, control and develop coaching and mentoring to subordinate and the third parties to ensure that’s project planning function running well.
- Develop and provide an open and honest working environment advice on the project planning issues to the board members for conduct of business effect.

Qualifications:

- Education  : Minimum S-1 from Engineering Discipline
- Experience  : Minimum 3 years of Engineering areas
- Skills and Knowledge: Business Ethics & Transparency, Creativeness, drive & Resilience, Relationship building, Problem Solving & Decision making, Planning & Executing, HSE Orientation, Teamwork, Contract monitoring, Industry Codes and And standards, system & process documentation, gas Regulatory requirements, plans, drawings and Specifications

Drafter

Report to : Planning Manager

Job Description and Responsibilities:

- Perform drafting services for updating drawing existing TGI pipeline system and its supporting facilities.
- Perform drafting services for projects proposal, bid documents and engineering drawing to ensure the quality of the proposal and project execution comply with engineering and company requirement
- Perform site inspection and site survey needed to support drafting service for updating as build drawing, Planning phase of the project and other program
- Perform Updating Unit price regularly for budged estimate, owner estimate for engineering directorate, operation directorate and other directorate purposed
- Develop and provide an open and honest working environment advice on the project planning issues to the Board members for conduct of business effect.

Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum D3 from Engineering discipline
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Engineering
- Skills and Knowledge: Business Ethics & Transparency, Problem solving & Decision Making, Planning & Executing, HSE Orientation,Teamwork, Contract Monitoring, Industry Codes And Standards, Gas Regulatory Requirements, Plans,Drawings and specifications.
