Adaro Group - PT Adaro Indonesia operates under a Coal Cooperation Agreement with the Government of Indonesia which gives it the right to mine coal within its Agreement Area in the Tanjung district of South Kalimantan Province until the year 2022 with Rights to extend by mutual agreement are available. There are three deposits within the Agreement Area which contain total coal resources of 2.8 billion tones of open cut coal characterized by extremely thick seams of up to 50 meters with relatively low overburden. We are currently seeking:
HRIS Coordinator (Code: HRIS) (Jakarta)
Requirements:
- Male
- Minimum Diploma degree in Computer Engineering or Informatics
- Minimum 3 years experiences as HRIS Staff or similar position
- Good knowledge in HRIS
- Good command in English, both spoken & written
- Good interpersonal skill
Payroll Officer (Code: PO) (Jakarta)
Requirements:
- Male / female
- Minimum Diploma degree in Accountancy
- Minimum 3 years experiences as payroll staff / compensation and benefit
- Good command in English, both spoken & written
- Good interpersonal skill
HR Operations Staff (Code: HROS) (Jakarta)
Requirements:
- Male / female
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, min GPA >3.00
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good knowledge in Psychological Test
- Good command in English, both spoken & written
- Good interpersonal skill
Finance and Accounting Supervisor (code: ACCS) (Kalimantan)
Requirements:
- Male/ Female
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Preferably has experience in mining area or plantation
- Min 3 years experience in supervisory level
- Good command in English
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Hard worker, good interpersonal skill
- Willing to be located at South Kalimantan
