Requirements:

- Male, max. age of 45 years old
- Holding bachelor degree/S1 in Finance or Accounting
- Having experience in managerial level at least 3 years
- Having experiences handling plasma operation in plantations company
- Having extensive understanding in plasma credit process and plasma coperation
- Having extensive understanding of Kredit Koperasi Primer Anggota
- Having extensive understanding of plasma budget
- Honest and willing to actively join the hard, long & challenging process of improvement
- Computer literate
- Good command in English both written and oral
